Copper Tops?

With its white tablecloths and amuse bouches, Copper Bistro gives those funky NoLibs hipsters a reason to trade in their Victory for Viogner. But like every M. Night Shyamalan movie post-Sixth Sense, this classy-cute BYOB premiered to disappointing reviews (we feel ya, M.). Fortunately, chef/co-owner Daniel Connelly’s kitchen has matured in recent months. Highlights included hearty split pea soup and venison loin seared rare to dusky violet perfect, but the lobster udon with vanilla-and-orange-infused butter is still an Unbreakable train wreck. Check the full review in the Courier-Post.
