From the boys behind Radicchio and Laceno comes Bistro Juliana, the easy breezy bistro for Fishtown locals and hipsters alike. It’s not amazing, but we didn’t ask for our money back either. Highlights included the striking octopus salad with crunchy celery and capers and a whole striped bass roasted with Branzino, but spaghetti with crabmeat and summer tomatoes got weighed down with…melted butter?!
