Part of our plan to conquer the food media universe, we were the first to bring you a review of Supper. Insert evil laugh. J/K, kids. Check this week's edition of Philadelphia Weekly for the skinny on Mitch and Jen Prensky's small plates experiment shaking up South Street. Think Kona kanpachi ceviche, Jerusalem artichoke veloute with pear and cocoa, and a ridiculou lamb shank for two (pictured). Fun! Also in this issue, Kirsten Henri clues us into a five-course white truffle dinner at Little Fish next Tuesday. Making rezzies now. Oh, and that gangly bastard Anthony Bourdain will be at the free library Saturday night. We're petitioning him to do a No Reservations in Philly, though in this article he calls us a two-horse town (Starr and Perrier). Puh-lease. Don't say that at your reading, Tony, not unless you want a cheesesteak chucked at your skull.
