Stephen Starr, you’ve done it again. The Press of Atlantic City reports today that our very own restaurateur a-go-go will be opening two spots in the Holiday Inn/Howard Johnson properties, which went into a cocoon today to emerge next Memorial Day Weekend as the so-SoHo-it-hurts boutique hotel butterfly called The Chelsea. Says The Press: “When the Chelsea opens next Memorial Day, it will feature 337 luxury rooms, a rooftop pool with private cabanas, a lavish spa and two restaurants operated by Stephen Starr…” Jeez, dude, have some self-control. And, please, not another Continental. We’d appreciate something fresh and new at the Shore, not a fax of something we can get at home.
