With all the events going down today for the Fourth, this may be the one to check out. Troy Landwehr (pictured), master cheese carver (publicist’s words, not ours) is displaying his one-ton cheddar carving of the Declaration of Independence today at the Bourse from noon to four. Ben Franklin is supposed to stop by around 2:30. How cheesy. Ba-dum-bum!
